More than one method is used when treating my clients.

Solution-focused therapy involves the therapist and client working together to smooth the path towards change. A path that leads to goals. Another method uncovers false self-beliefs, while cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) are the approaches I use to empower new ways of thinking and behaving.

My specialties include trauma work, anxiety and depression, family issues and life transitions. In addition, I employ other modalities for targeted issues, which is further detailed in the "Areas of Practice" section . I encourage you to scroll through and learn more.
